I loved Chin Chin when I attended and I was hoping for a thai cook book with a modern edge The book itself was a bit disappointing in places the intro especially stepped well beyond passion for cooking and into the less attractive mire of food wankerismand then the first chapter on starters was mostly deep fried this and that so for me the book I actually wanted didn t really start until about a third of the way through The food photography was lovely but other graphics a bit much Still some very interesting and challenging recipes to try and I loves the section on basics at the back curry pastes pressed pork etc Some good stuff here but could have done with a much stronger edit Sociology of Higher Education Contributions and Their Contexts graphics a bit much Still some very interesting and challenging recipes to try and I loves the section on basics at the back curry pastes pressed pork etc Some Georg Buchner good stuff here but could have done with a much stronger edit
